Oral and Poster Information
Posters should be readable by viewers three feet away. Use large
print and shade or color block letters when possible. A
minimum font size of 28 point and a maximum of 600 words are
recommended. The message should be clear and understandable without
oral explanation.
The auditorium will be equipped with a data projector and laptop
computer as well as a lavaliere microphone, podium microphone.

Bring your presentation on a Windows readable USB flash Drive or
CD-ROM.

Include in the same folder as your presentation, any external
files utilized, e.g. movie files. Copy the entire folder to the
USB flash Drive or CD ROM.

The computers in the auditorium will support PC (Mac users
should test their presentation on a PC computer)

The auditorium will be equipped with wireless internet
access that will be provided free of charge for the duration of
the conference.
